Price for this 5 star luxury penthouse apartment takes into account the free use of the guest's club/gym and large pool plus paid use of the spa, jacuzzi/cafetiria/bar

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
• To secure booking a GB25% (of full rental) deposit is required with the balance paid 4 weeks prior to the letting date
• Booking only accepted/secured on clearance of the payment
• Non payment of balance will result in cancellation of booking and the deposit forfeited
• A refundable breakage deposit of £100 will be required 4 weeks before departure which will be
returned after 14 days pending an on site management report
• No smoking is permitted within the apartment & sorry no pets allowed
• Guests to replace breakages like for like
• Guests to comply with community rules and regulations
• Provisional apartment booking will be held for 1 week only to allow booking of flights
CANCELLATION:
• Greater than 6 weeks before start date of the holiday – Deposit returned
• Between 6 & 4 weeks before start of holiday – Deposit forfeited
• Less than 4 weeks before start date of holiday – Total holiday cost forfeited unless able to re-let
NOTES:
SAFETY NOTE - Whilst young children are permitted please be aware there is a third floor balcony
PAYMENT - Can be made by cash, cheque, paypal or bank transfer. All payments received will be acknowledged in writing and where possible by email
KEYS/SECURITY - Keys will be provided on arrival by the property manager and collected at the end of the holiday
FLIGHTS - to Cyprus and transfers from the airport are not included in the rental cost. These should be booked separately
LINEN - All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. We do ask you to supply your own towels for the pool and beach
EMERGENCIES - You will be supplied with the telephone number of our property manager in Paphos who will be able to assist you and a list of contact details for emergency services
CURRENCY - The local currency is the Cypriot pound. You should bring at least a small amount of currency to cover taxi/airport transfers. Banks with ATM's and currency exchange shops are within easy walking distance of the complex
LANGUAGE - The mother tongue is Greek however most local people speak good English
MEDICAL SERVICES - Details of the nearest Pharmacy and hospitals are contained in the information pack in the apartment. Emergency treatment is free to tourists in Cyprus. For minor emergencies please use the first aid kit provided
